About Samantha
From Silenced to Sovereign: A Story of Reclamation
I am Samantha
Author. Advocate. Survivor. Soul-led creator.
For years, I lived in the shadows of systems that failed to see me—housing courts that protected the wrong people, a justice system that punished trauma, and a culture that made it nearly impossible to speak out and still be safe.
When I lost my home, I didn’t just lose walls—I lost my sense of place in the world. I found myself sleeping in my car, bathing in the river, creating from park benches and petrol stations. But I never stopped writing. I never stopped praying. I never stopped believing that my story had power.
Today, I use my voice to amplify those who’ve been silenced. I write and speak for every woman who was told to be quiet, every child too afraid to ask for help, every soul navigating their way out of survival and into sovereignty
.
📖 What I Do
I am the author of Homeless, Not Defeated, a memoir of trauma, injustice, and radical resilience.
I am the voice behind Silent Screams, Loud Strength, a podcast and Silent Screams Loud Strength dedicated to healing, truth-telling, and survivor-led advocacy.
I am the creator of The Little Voice That Roared, a children’s book that helps kids speak up when the world tells them to stay silent.
I am the founder of Refuge of Sanctuary Healing, a space for spiritual reflection, grounding, and inner return.
Everything I create—books, meditations, podcast episodes—is a lifeline to those still in the struggle.
💛 My Mission
To show what healing looks like in real time.
To advocate for trauma-informed systems that protect, not punish.
To tell the truth—even when it's uncomfortable.
To help survivors find their voice, their power, and their peace.
To remind every reader and listener:
You are not broken. You are becoming.
🌍 Who This Space Is For
This space is for survivors and seekers.
For the women rebuilding from nothing.
For the children still whispering in the dark.
For the souls who feel invisible, but are longing to be seen.
For anyone who believes that healing is a form of protest—and love is a revolution.
